Change list export headers to match the headers needed for importing

Please update list exports so that the field headers match the format required for importing- very often the purpose of exporting a (user, student, candidate) list is to add information for import. If the field headers could export in the proper format for importing, it would be extremely useful.

      While going through the onboarding process for new employees, I find myself having to adjust my headers when I export and then import. This often requires one to download the sample file to copy the correct headers. For example import header is firstname whereas the export is first name.
