Include withdrawn grade level in lists

I have to run reports frequently for withdrawn students. Once students are withdrawn, their grade level goes away unless I look at them individually. Using the Start Grade level is not accurate for their most recent grade level unless they withdrew the same year. PLEASE make withdrawn grade level an option!!!!

    We had to move to using a Google form to collect withdrawn student data because we had no way of collecting this in EMS or Core. I agree, this very much needs to be an option.
