When viewing the View Communications area of a user in Core, there is a timestamp on emails sent as a pushpage to enable platform managers to see when the user read the email, but nothing similar for notifications or official notes. Please add this functionality, or allow for the option (or a code insert) to track read emails sent from notifications or official notes.
