Fix Problem with Premature/Inconsistent/Improper Logouts/Session Aborts

Often I will be active in a session and will be unceremoniously [and apparently spontaneously] logged out of the session, where I have to REstart a [new] session.

Although this seems to be random, it seems to be related to the fact that I have other tabs I have open and connected to EMS.

Using multiple tabs is a necessary feature for maximal productivity and should not be ruined by this defect.

    These issues appeared to have improved for a while but seem to be occurring more frequently again for me. Today while using Chrome, I had 2 tabs open for Educ Mgmt (both Core) as well as a tab with Tuition Management open. I was actively working in one of the Core tabs, editing a School Form when the system logged me out. This inconsistency is frustrating to say the least but also presents challenges having to go back and see if changes I was in the middle of making were actually saved.
