Recipient view of Forms and Files, refinement of status

When a recipient of a form views Files and Forms screen (and for form managers too in various screens) -

- Change color of Review to something other than the blue of "Print."  These can be missed if there are more than a couple forms listed, and recipient thinks all are done.  Red-ish perhaps, but not hyper-red. So forms progress from red, to orange/yellow (Continue), to blue-green.

- Indicate, in this view, not within Form, what signatures are still not done, and clearly if the viewer has anything more to do themselves. If all it says is "Continue" to them, or it says Submitted (i'm not clear on what it says for a user who submitted it; it may be inconsistent at the moment), it should instead say "You are done, but X and Y are not." Was very hard for parents who did their homework, to figure out why form still wasn't fully submitted.

- If a parent (or Guardian), is not a Recipient of a form (User is just student), should still list form under child's name. So they know their child has something to finish.  I haven't tested this, so maybe that's the current behavior.
