We know that an inquiry can be deleted from a candidate's record, but sometimes our newer families will submit an inquiry or application for an existing student as they are trying to plan proactively for the next school year.  When we find erroneous inquiry/application forms, we would like to be able to delete them on the processing screen - before an existing record is affected or a new record is created.
