We are switching from CollegeNET to OnBoard. The CollegeNET system has the capability to send automated emails based on data criteria entered within the various forms, i.e. application, letters of recommendation, inquiry, etc.. For example, if the applicant has indicated a need for Academic Support, once the application is submitted, the system instantly sends an email to both the applicant and the Director of Academic Support notifying of this applicant's academic needs and instructing both parties to schedule a meeting, thus removing the need of the Admissions Office to manual send an email to coordinate that effort. Because I am new to OnBoard, I'm not sure which category is applicable--I'm choosing Communication.
