Automated Admissions Timeline

Admissions should be able to set up automatic communication for candidates (i.e. certain timeline for follow-up emails, phone calls, mailers, etc.). Emails should generate automatically at set intervals.

    This would be a fantastic enhancement. It would be awesome to have automated reminders go out, such as:

    • Once a parent created an account but has not started the application within a certain number of days

    • Once a parent started the application but has not submitted it within a certain number of days

    • Allowing schools to create drift campaigns for admissions

    Having an automated flow of triggered emails that would send out if an inquiry or applicant hasn't engaged in 1-day, 15-days, 30-days, etc. would be helpful.
