Remove limit on confirmation/reminder emails (or at least tell us what the limit is!)

There appears to be a word or character limit on the confirmation and reminder emails we can set up for Visits, and maybe Events. I don't really know, to be honest, because I can't find anyplace where you tell us what has a limit and what the limit is. It's just trial and error, and the way we find out is if we test (which is really hard to do because you don't provide a Test button like other systems), or if a Visitor shows us that our email cuts off.

We spent a lot of time setting up detailed parking instructions. Blackbaud allowed us to type the whole message and never flagged that there's a limit or that we were typing too much. But when the message sends, it's chopped off and the end is missing. Can you please remove the limit? I'm not sure why there needs to be one. Right now we had to put details like parking, check-in, etc. on our website and link to it. (Which you don't make easy, we have to include HTML code. Other systems easily allow us to embed a link in emails.) Visitors don't like that, they want all the info in one email, especially our international visitors who frequently need to print the info ahead of time and can't access links in the moment.
