Add a freeform question to enrollment contracts

There is often information that we want to capture as part of the enrollment process that doesn't fit into the parameters of the current enrollment contract. If we were allowed a freeform question, we could capture that information. For us it is whether or not a family is a church member. Church members receive a discount. I know we could do this by setting up separate contracts for church members but that would double the number of contracts forms we have every year and since we don't know if somebody is a new church member each year, we would have to give all options to all parents. That will just confuse the parents when they're selecting the right contract form to use. Right now, we verify if somebody is actually a pledging church member before we give the discount. You would be surprised with how many people don't tell the truth on this. If they aren't then we don't have to adjust the billing in SMART. If we did this through the type of contract they chose then if somebody turns out not to be a member, we have to go into SMART and make the corrections to the billing.
