Submit Contract on behalf of Parent

It would be useful if we could submit a contract on behalf of a parent instead of impersonating the parent. For example, if a parent choose to hand in a check, I am not able to override the deposit. I have to regenerate the contract and have the parents resign. In SchoolAdmin, as an admin, we could override the type of payment and enter the amount deposited and the contract is submitted once both parents have signed the contract.

    Hi Sarah,

    It would be great if an admin can do this. Since we prefer to have the checks in hand and then we submit the contract. Since we are on the Billing EAP, once the parent has signed...the field is grayed out and I can't adjust the deposit.

    I just tried the date returned and that worked...thank you!!

    Hi Marisa, we have an in school payment option available to add to your contracts that allows your parents to submit the contract and indicate that they'll be bringing in a check.

    You can also adjust the deposit on an individual at any time even if the parent has viewed the contract, which would allow them to sign and submit and bring in a check if you'd prefer not to show you have an in school payment option available.

    Additionally, you can manually return the contract without having to impersonate the parent by entering a date returned.
