Change Not Returning option to be "Returning - Yes or No?"

Right now as it stands Not Returning - you select Yes for not returning which causes a lot of confusion for parents going through the process. We would like to see either the verbiage flipped. Or to have a button that says "Yes I am returning" and one that says "No I will not be returning"

This was an excellent idea. I'm so glad that it is being implemented.

Hi all, we have plans to update this for next contract season. We're avoiding making changes right now because we have schools in the middle of their contract process, but we are planning on changes in time for next years season.

    thank you,

    Sarah

I echo the sentiments of the previous commentators in reference to this matter. The current construction of re-enrollment questions as a double negative is ambiguous and confusing to many respondents.

To avoid any unnecessary confusion it is imperative that the re-enrollment questions are rephrased to remove any ambiguity in the respondents' interpretation of the statement(s).

For the Re-enrollment contract there should be an ability to answer yes you are re-enrolling and also a no response that you would not be returning with a reason box required. I know you can change the wording, but it was clumsy and still seemed like it was a double negative. Yes, is the response that people are automatically going to answer. We even wrote extensive directions, but families were confused by this response. A positive response is a natural way for you to answer your question about re-enrollment not negatively.

The wording for returning families to return for next year is extremely confusing. Families are asked to complete a reenrollment contract and we have over 90% of our families return to school each year, so naturally their inclination is to say "Yes -- I'm returning." However, the first question (which we can't change) says, "My son will not be returning for the 2021-22 school year." It's creates a double-negative that makes families click "no" to say they want to return.

There needs to be more flexibility with the wording for parents to easily enroll for the upcoming school year. "Yes" and "No" is not adequate because there needs to be a more descriptive label that can be used.

Are we able to also determine wording/language to include new students that are not enrolling for the upcoming school year? It is confusing when I am told by tech support that I can use the Not Returning section for a student who is not a current student.

Many of our families are confused by the current structure and wording. It would be much more logical if Returning corresponds with "Yes" and Not Returning corresponds with "No"

Please simplify the wording on the beginning of the re enrollment contract. Yes, my son is returning. No, my son is not returning. or make it 2 buttons. We are trying to make this process as easy and smooth and clear as possible. Please implement this idea asap or at least by the beginning of the 2022-23 re enrollment process. Thanks. Let me know if you have any questions.
