Allow School Program and Boarding/Day fields to be tied to school year for contract

We have students who change school programs from one school year to the next. We are still in session currently, so we can't change the student records yet or our reporting and Boardingware will be incorrect. However, we also cannot issue a contract for next year until the change is made, so we have to tell these parents that they will not be able to see next year's contract yet...not how we want to do business!

    YES! Boarding/Day status and School Program change from year to year. We need this so we can easily run a list of students who will be in those programs next year. (Very important for registration, forms, roommate assignment, etc) Currently, we can't make the changes until the academic year changes. Also, there is no record of a student's past status which is problematic when calculating attrition.
