As an example from our reenrollment process:

We have a series of forms that we need parents to fill out yearly: Contact Info Update, Handbook Agreement, Photo Consent, Income Survey.

We can add these forms to a checklist to see who has and hasn't completed the survey, but participation is generally low because they are not required.

It would be incredibly valuable to make it so they can't see their reenrollment contract until the other forms are completed, making the forms a required part of the reenrollment process. It also makes the process automatic so that our reenrollment manager doesn't have to watch checklists to manually make contracts available to families.
