Re-Enrollment Contract Access and Signature Setup

I would like it so that when a contract has been submitted (no matter if only one or all parents have submitted it) that the reports update the information that the contract is submitted without all signatures added.

    We require both signatures and would not consider the contract submitted until both(all) have signed. However we would like to know if one parent has signed. Can you add additonal status of "signed" which would mean a parent has signed?
