Official notes default to showing the author as the person who sent the note. We would like to be able to change the "from" person so that, for notes when the author is arbitrary, it can be shown as coming from a generic account. Also, please set official notes with an option to email the author when a user replies to an official note through EMS (rather than replying via email). Without this, replies sent through EMS are often missed, resulting in poor service to families. Whether the full reply is included in an email or a basic "you have a new message" is sent via email, some sort of notification is very much needed.
