In the old registrations we were able to edit and delete registrants. I am not able to do that anymore. Also, once the registration is processed, I can't edit any detail in the record. It's grayed out.
I have a few registrations that a parent submitted multiple times because it wasn't working correctly on their end but came thru on our end. I would like to delete the duplicates so our numbers are accurate.
We can now delete a registration, but we cannot edit it. We have several parents that sign up for an event that then reach out to change the session they chose. We currently have to delete their registration and then reenter everything just to make this change. This is very inefficient!

This is silly that we can't edit it on our side. It makes it not as customer friendly as we would like.
