It would be helpful it the following could be added to the new online transcript request feature:

• Ability to designate more than one upload link and what should be uploaded to those links. i.e. Have the ability to add an upload for past two years of report cards and the current report card (3 different uploads) and be able to label them. And add another upload for test scores. As it is now, registrars will have to combine the documents into one document for upload and not everyone has the capability to do that. It is also another step for them to take.

• Ability for the upload page to accept HTML or add an HTML editor to the text box in the set up. I would like to be able to add links and bulleted list to the upload page but it does not accept HTML code.

• Add more mail merge options to the email that is sent to the registrar. Specifically entering year and entering grade.

• Also, I discovered there is a character limit on the text that shows below the step on the checklist. Can you put a label on that text box that warns when the character limit has been reached.
