Allow families to request transcripts via student checklists

As an admissions manager I would like the ability for families to be able to request their final transcripts via student checklists. Currently, when we convert Candidates to Incoming Students to be able start the scheduling process the parent’s loose access to the Admissions Checklist. Therefore, they cannot utilize the Online Transcript Request feature for their final transcript in June.

    We were very much looking forward to using the online Transcript Request features but I just checked with tech support and was told file size is limited to 100mb. Our process requires 2 years worth of transcripts, fall transcripts and two years worth of standardized test results. And this feature only allows for one attachment so how would one fit all the above in a 100mb file? Impossible!


    As a result, we cannot use this feature. I would suggest if being implemented on the Student Checklist, that file size limitation also be big enough to accommodate.
