Customize "Relationship to Candidate" options

I'd like the ability to customize the "Relationship to Candidate" options found when you go to /app/#login/apply

If you click Create Account > there is a Relationship to Candidate drop down. We want "Other" - and a field to enter what the "other" relationship is.

Ability to set own relationship types in "Relationship to Applicant" ddlb on application Merged

I would like the ability to set my own relationship types for the "Relationship to Applicant" option in the Family section of the online application, not just select from the dropdown options.

Need additional family members added to the Relative drop down in the Family section of the Application Merged

In the Family section of the Application we need the Relatives section to include selections for Aunt, Uncle and Cousin.
