I'd like to request that families be able to select their method of payment via the Policy block on the contract. We have a number of payment options (more than what we offer via the deposit block).

To some degree, I can build this using html, but then we need somewhere in the database for the values from the check-boxes/radio buttons to go. I’ve mocked up the form, but of course, the values don’t hold when you move from screen to screen.

I would like the info to tie into a field in the record, but ultimately want the families selections to be saved so that they may see their selections.
