Candidate Resource Board

Is there a way to create a Resource Board for parents of candidates which appears on the main page when they log in? We have forms that we'd like for the parents to be able to access. Or maybe is there a way to create a second "Progress Text" box?

    This needs to happen! Our school begins billing in March before the upcoming school year in August. I don't roll our new families over as "current" parent or students until June 30th, so until that date, they will not be able to access the Resource tab to get to their Blackbaud Tuition Management Account.
