Before the new school year starts we are pointing all incoming parents that are new to the school to a "New Families" community group page using the topic = parent of incoming students which works fine. We've now re-classified the incoming students to students and if we refresh the smart group all incoming parents will be removed. I see no way to address this with the available basic lists. It's now become a manual process for us. Should be easier to continue to address this very important group.
Could we have a smart group for parents which can be filtered by School Level?
