We have teachers who have started grading with the new rubrics. We need a way for a teacher to deduct points for a late submission but without changing the points awarded in the rubric, as those points are awarded based on the level of mastery of the skill being assessed. Once the grade from a rubric is committed, it cannot be changed without modifying the rubric. We would like that to be an editable value.
