While pushpages distribution groups deliver messages to parents' primary AND CC email addresses, the Send Communications (to parents) feature in group rosters does not. That group roster feature is very powerful for helping teachers and advisors communicate with parents, but that power is diminished and questions are raised when parents do not receive expected messages at their cc addresses.
