Allow option in Assessments to be submitted late when the assessment is created.

Extend is not working on Assessments so having the option to allow late submissions from the start would be helpful.

    We seem to have a problem when a student is absent or has a technical problem with the assessment that might not be noticed immediately. The assessment locks and you have to copy it to make another assessment, which then makes another assignment in the grade book with the other students not having a great. Would be great if you could open the assessment to just the students that need to take it or finish it. Thank you!
