Edit Grade Plan in-place

I needed to change the dates of a grade plan. ["close" the grade paln].

I went to Academics->grades->grading setup....and when I went to the obvious place, the 'Grade Plans' tab, it *only* allowed me to change the name, which one would almost never do.   

I should be able to change *everything* about the grade plan from here!

    We found in a time like this, we have had to make adjustments from year to year. Since each course is "stuck" with the grade plan used in previous years, we are unable to edit and replace it with a new one for just "covid-19".
