Allow Deletion of Grade Plan from a Grade Plan Group even if there are Grades

We should be able to remove the grade plan from sight and add it back in if we need it. Your solution is to 'rename' it like "Z_Not in use". That is ridiculous. If I am never going to use it again, I have to continue to see it there forever. Even changing the sort order to make it drop to the end just leaves it messy.

    So many other areas allow for old materials to be marked as "inactive" it would be great if this could be done for grade plan groups as well!

    I agree. We should be able to "archive" grade plans or "deactivate" them until needed again.

    Agree, there should be an archive function similar to forms, where the content remains in the background but the setup disappears from active view.
