1. Give us reasonable placeholders in composing email  [a la onBoard]

2. Once an Official note is sent, any record of it vanishes. There should be a record somewhere.  [e.g. this was sent to history-12 ]

3. Allow them to be bulk sent to an ARBITRARY group of students/parents [via a list; INCLUDING advanced lists ]
