Why does 'Expected graduation' pull from the Summer term?!?

We have what I suspect is a *very* common arrangement:  3 terms: Sem1, Sem2, and Summer.   The VAST majority of students do *not* attend summer school, which ends in August.  Why, therefore, does the transcript builder insist on using AUGUST as the 'Expected graduation'?!?
