New assignment calendar should show when classes meet (like it used to)
When teachers create a new assignment, it used to show the class meeting times in blue. In the new Assignment builder, that doesn't show up any more. Can we have those dates come back?
by having the assignment calendar show meeting times (perhaps grayed out or light in color) it can make it easier for teachers to make sure that due dates are when classes meet - especially an issue when there is a special day on the calendar.

This is now in place! Datepicker now show class days from assignment center, section assignment lists, and gradebook!
In addition to marking days when classes meet with a red dot, we’ve got something new: users on desktop can hover over to see start and end times for those classes.

YES! This is very much missed by my teachers - they will be thrilled to have it back! It was a huge loss to many when it disappeared. Thank you!

We've had many of our faculty asking for this back as well. It is VERY helpful to have the highlighted class meeting days show up when creating assignments.
