This would be helpful for classrooms that are adopting mastery-based learning as students can only progress once they have mastered previous concepts. For example, in math, students cannot progress to harder concepts unless the foundation concepts have been mastered. This reduces the time it takes for teachers to manually add students who can view the assignment. The system can then identify who can access the lessons/assignments for a concept based on the score of the student for the previous concept. This also allows students to view how many lessons they have within a unit/chapter but ensures that they can only access harder concepts once they have shown mastery on previous MUST DO lessons.
