After a recent Blackbaud update, there is no longer the ability to approve course requests by clicking on the student. When clicking on the student, everything we needed to approve the course and check recommendations was easily visable. With the update, we now have to click on the pencil to approve, which also requires clicking on a down arrow to see if the student has a recommendation, a process that has to be repeated for each course. The new update requires much more time and clicking to do a simple task. Not certain why the change was implented.
