Add nickname as a display option for coaches on the Team Detail block style

When looking at a team page, coaches' names show as "First Name Last Name." Many coaches go by their nickname (Jim instead of James) so it would be great to include nickname as a display option for coaches on the team detail pages.

    Several staff go by their middle names rather than their first names, so requiring first name to be populated is very confusing for parents and students.

    It would make our parents feel so much more comfortable knowing the actual names of their kids' coaches!

    This is really annoying to coaches who do not go by their first names -- we are basically publishing the wrong first name in many instances.....
