In Lists, I would like to be able to select the parts of a student address so that they appear in separate columns for Street Address, City, State and Zipcode rather than an address block. We often use these lists to export to excel and then import into other programs which require the address fields to be separated. This feature is present in Advanced Lists, but often the other fields I require are not available in Advanced Lists (like GPA).

This has been implemented for the primary address
Agreed. I need to import the students into Naviance with address information and Adviser names. The Student list provides the Advisor field. Then I have to export an address list and match up the records. This would be much easier if the address fields were separated.
