Give teachers the ability to see all conduct infractions on their dashboard.

Teachers can only view the infractions they have entered from the dashboard in My day. To view all infractions, teachers will need the ability to either have access to a report or List without being given additional rights.

Yes, we need to go back to where teachers can click the number of all infractions and see them individually by student and teacher.
