Ability to copy and edit a Learning Profile Form

I want the ability to copy a Learning Profile form.

We'd also like the ability to change a Learning Profile form. In our case, we're simply trying to change a label. The underlying data is the same, we just want to change the wording on a specific couple of labels.

    Hello Folks -

I'm happy to report that we are beginning to look at the Learning Profile workflow and how we can begin to make some feature improvements in this area. There's a lot going on with Learning Profiles and our first endeavor involves creating a more centralized location to access Learning Profile information.

If you would like to share you experience with using Learning Profiles and relay feedback on a prototype of a potential action hub, feel free to use the link below to schedule a meeting with the team.

Please add the "COPY" to the LP. It would be a time saver! Thanks!

This is an essential function. Creating one form takes 4-6 hours. When you need multiple forms that have to be recreated every year the process becomes excessive.

Copying Learning Profile Forms is essential and would save considerable time and effort as schools develop a variety of Accommodation Plans. Since this functionality is possible with School Forms, it should also be offered within Learning Profiles to maintain congruent performance within your system. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Oh man - the learning profiles are so cumbersome. Please give these a little TLC! They could be such a great tool.

We would love for learning profiles to get some attention this year!  They are a valuable tool for our community.

    Thanks.

I want the ability to copy/duplicate a learning profile also.  We have created a template... it would be incredibly helpful to have that as a starting point so that we didn't have to recreate each time.  Seems like this would have been a no-brainer from the beginning.  Being able to edit would also be incredibly helpful!

I agree with the other comments listed here. As educators we know that nothing we implement or write should be unable to be changed and modified as needed. Children change and grow as do their needs. Documents need to be easy to modify as needed. Further - it would be nice to come to a meeting with a draft copy of a learning plan to be added to an changed as needed at the meeting. I am new to this system and I find this feature to be extremely difficult and not user friendly.  Thanks.

This is similar to other submitted ideas and if they were merged you would have like 100 votes

As previously noted, the editing process on the learning profile form, which is used by our Learning Support Program,  is frustrating and anything but easy to edit.  If flexibility is not a capability offered through this program, maybe it would be easier  to develop a way to attach a pdf. file that is individualized and school-relevant. Thank you.

The system of editing is very challenging and user-unfriendly.

There should be a much easier way to change not only the headings but also the drop-down menu of options.

Having the ability to edit a Learning Profile would be extremely useful.  As it stands, if our Learning Profile Manager gets updated or corrected info, she has to create a whole new learning profile and de-activate the old one.
