Please Enable Setting a Default Year for Course Requests

We should be able to set a default year when we're working in Course Requests. If we're completing requests for the current year, it's incredibly frustrating, especially for advisors who are reviewing requests, to have to change the year filter since it defaults to the upcoming year. Please fix this! Thanks!

I agree. And why would it not default to the school year pertaining to the date pertaining to the term shown for the start course request date?

Yes, I totally agree. It is annoying and takes extra time to continually have to reset to the current school year.

Ability to define default year for Course Request and Reporting Merged
