In our previous system we had an easy report that included report card grades and the term average of all grades for a term. We could query on failing grades and include the term average against the students who had failing grades. A student who has two or more failing grades or a term average below 70 or met both criteria would be placed on Ineligibilty list. The list could be easily generated everytime a grade change was processed to also determine if a student would be removed from academic ineligibilty. Currently I have to generate a student list for term average and a report card list for failing grades and combine into one report. I have to do this each time needed.
