Add [nickname|firstname] placeholder to Official Notes Notifications

In Core>Users>User Profile Settings>User Name Formats there's a variable/placeholder option for {nickname|firstname} which uses nickname if it's populated, and first name if there's no nickname.

Academics > Communication > Official Notes > Official Notes Notifications has various text placeholders for the message subject and body, but not an equivalent version of that "nickname OR firstname" behavior seen elsewhere in the system.

This would help our Official Notes be more accurate and in sync with naming conventions across the rest of the system.

This is especially important for our trans and non-binary population who may have changed the name they identify by but not completed the legal process of a name change.

Having the {nickname|firstname} placeholder anywhere and everywhere would be most helpful in official notes.

Also in canned reports and such with control of the name. There is a thread in the community portal about more consistency/control with how the name is displayed through the system.

Maybe where the display for directory is also used for other areas or else a separate field to control different aspects in case you want the directory to be always preferred but canned reports (not the official transcripts and report cards, but printed schedules and such) to have a different format.

Thank you for considering. There are many families who would be most appreciative.
