Ability to show Transcripts by school level

Our High School students have transcripts generated by the system, and I've adjusted access so that Parents and Students can view the unofficial transcript under the Progress tab of the Contact Card. This is a good thing.
Unfortunately, even our parents of Elementary, Intermediate, and Junior HIgh students have the "transcript" option available, even though students in those school levels do not have a transcript because they are not taking High School courses. When parents click on that button, they are told that "There are no transcripts for the selected criteria."
It is unfortunate that all parents are given an option to click on something which doesn't exist.
I'd like a setting so that only those students and parents of students who have a transcript are given the option to view it.

This creates confusion for the parents. Upper School Transcripts should only be visible to Upper School students. It will make the students record look better in the end. Please fix this access. Thank you!
We have 2 campuses and it is a problem when parents see a transcript option for both campuses.
Same frustrations - very confusing to our MS parents who are using the onRecord report cards for the first time. Seems like we should be able to filter based on the grades included in the Transcript parameter.
This is silly that Preschool students have an Unofficial High School Transcript
Agreed! Our Preschool and Lower School Students have Middle School and Upper School Transcripts listed under their reports. It creates confusion. Please fix this issue and allow us to designate which grade levels get which transcripts!
I am experiencing the same issue. It would be very helpful for our high school students and Advisors to be able to access their unofficial transcript without K-8th grade students at our other campus seeing this link as well.
