When crafting an email notification regarding an Official Note, it would be VERY helpful to have Rich Text Features available to style the email nicely.  Everyone would benefit - senders because it would be easier to format, and receivers because it would be easier to read.  There is currently that capability in the Note itself, but not the email notification.
