It would be very helpful to have a status option for each immunization requirement. Some students are exempt from particular vaccines and one is required for students entering middle school (but not for lower school). It would be nice to have an option for all immunizations to have additional data associated with them in a “status” field. The options I would suggest are “verified”, “exempt”, “not currently required” and “not verified”. It would also be very helpful if there could be a date field to enter the date the vaccine was administered. This is data that is required by the state every year, and we currently have to find work-arounds to filter students who we do not have data for vs. students that are medically exempt (with proof from their doctor).
