Allow Parents to View Athletic Clearance

I would like Athletic Clearance to be able to be viewed by parents. Many times parents do not remember if they sent the information and send it more then once or call multiple times to ask if they sent it. It would be better if they could view the clearance themselves, instead of needing us or the coach to let them know they are all set.

    Yes! If that block was visible to parents it would cut down on SO SO many phone calls and emails to our Nurses to see if they received the form.

    Agreed, allowing the parents to view this would eliminate a lot of unnecessary calls and administrative work on the part of the Nurses.

    It would also be great if it could e-mail parents once all requirements have been met.
