AP and Honors Courses take priority in Schedule Maker

I would like for the ability to have AP and Honors Courses take priority over regular core courses when using schedule maker, so that students who want these courses have a better chance of getting put into these courses.

    This says implemented, but that is not the case. I was just on chat trying to get that to happen and was told it will not do that.
