When turning off late fees by month, we are left unknown iwth information as when it was agreed to be turned off.
When schools question late fees, we are more inclined to waive them if we cannot prove that it was applied prior to the late fee for the entire school turned off before or afterward.
Example of email from client: Regarding the Beye family # 1186018001282, I was wondering how late fees were charges for July and Sept. because the fees are turned off under Manage Fees?
Under review follow up area the late fees are in fact off for July August and Sept. There are no notes on the family account to assist with me determining an answer.
