Currently on our quarterly payment plan, the smart system sends reminder invoices that give a future due date instead of wording that says the item is past due and needs to be paid.
The invoice wording is very confusing to our parents as well. We have had many instances of them calling us to complain that they were being charged for somethign they shouldn't be, because of how the wording looked. Some of our employees also don't like the fact that it just has the parent's names like: JOE SMITH and we can't put nicer salutations in there, such as "Mr. & Mrs. Smith"
