Recover password with mobile number
Parents should be able to recover their username and password with their mobile number. Not every parent provides a main number, and for larger schools this could be a hard thing to update.

If the system could search both the primary and mobile ph# fields for the "retrieve username" feature it would eliminate the need for schools to copy and paste all mobile ph#s into the primary ph# field on the individual family level.
Most of our families have mobile phones listed, but not main phones. Without any alternative, our families have no way to recover their usernames and require manual assistance.
