Validation Logic on CC Payments in New Parent Portal

Good morning,

It looks like when the new parent portal rolled out, the validation logic for CC payments was removed. Can we add the ghosted formatting back into the expiration month box to show (MM), and in the expiration year (YYYY) . Currently when a user enters only the last 2 positions of the year, there is misleading error message of "card expiry date should be greater than or equal to the current month." This does not indicate we need the 4 position year.

The other option is to update that message to be "please enter the 4 position year"
