Searching with Maiden Name in the Directory

I would like to be able to search for a user in the directory when using the Maiden name for that user.

Add ability to Display and Group By both Grade Level & Grad Year in Directory filters

We would like this because sometimes the school may be referencing one or the other, and would like the ability to filter by either at any time, without adjusting settings.

Add Caretaker role that can be tied to a Student

We have babysitters and nannies that need to receive notifications that are tied to a student record. I would go in and clone the Parent role and make adjustments that way, but that option is not available.

Add Northern Ireland as an option in Country dropdown

I am requesting an enhancement to the Country list, to include Northern Ireland. We have an Alum living in Northern Ireland, but it is not an option in the Country dropdown menu. This is needed to connect the alum in RE with the connect RE Plugin.

Disabled/Locked access and relationships

I would like to see an enhancement in place in which when a student withdraws from a school that access is disabled for any relationships tied to that student, unless of course he has other siblings attending.
